One thing that has helped seniors is that they are now, for the most part, viewed as an asset to society rather than a liability. Going into a hospital, homeless shelter, or other places one will see many senior citizen volunteers. These people work many hours a week at no pay and are of great assistance to the organization they are helping. | |||||||||
